EASY HERB PASTES
No real recipe, but here’s how I do it:
Place herbs - one or a combo of your favorites - in food processor.
With food processor running, SLOWLY add oil of your choice enough to make a thick paste.
Store in freezer. You can put the paste in small freezer bags and lay them flat, stacking them.
To use, just open the bag and push some of the frozen herb paste out, cutting off as much as you need.
