Rita's Devilishly Good Deviled Eggs

Halloween is creeping up on us! Can we ever have enough appetizers for that party? There’s always room for one more, and these deviled eggs are just “devilish” enough.



5 slices bacon, diced and fried (save a little for garnish and 1 tablespoon fat)

8 hard boiled eggs, cut in half

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Sriracha, or more, to taste

A little squirt of Dijon

Salt and pepper to taste Parsley or chopped chives for garnish


Mash yolks with everything but parsley and chives. Taste and adjust seasonings. Fill white halves with egg mixture. Garnish as you like.
